Regular updates on BREXIT and the implications it has on your business' importing/exporting activities.
On June 23rd it’ll be two years since the referendum.
And are we any the wiser? Are we any more philosophical or any more mindful? The pessimist inside me says 'The Irish border is increasingly the sticking point to realising our free trade future.' Dear Mrs May,
c.c. David Davies, Michael Gove, Boris Johnson etc. While we await the outcome of the negotiated Brexit and the inevitable debate, British businesses that trade exclusively within the EU are caught in something of a cleft stick... Today is 29th March and exactly one year until we are out of Europe.

A NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION REMEMBER, CORRECT MANAGEMENT OF YOUR HMRC
RELATIONSHIP CAN SAVE YOU THOUSANDS. HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM BRITANNIA BUREAU.
The month of October could be tricky for a lot of UK business.
Monarch Airlines went down on the very first day. Amongst other issues they can blame Brexit for the fall in the £ Sterling since June 2016. It’s now worth just 1.13 Euros and 1.33 U.S.D. Like a lot of UK companies all Monarch’s costs were paid in U.S. dollars. Question is, how many more bankruptcies will there be while we wait for Brexit to happen?… |
